전북 부안 새만금에서 오는 2023년 8월 개최될 지구촌 청소년 대축제인 '제25회 세계스카우트잼버리' D-1000일 기념행사가 4일 새만금 게이트웨이 부지 일원에서 성황리에 열렸다.
