김제시 '시민기록물 수집' 공모

전북 김제시가 지역의 변천과 생활상이 담긴 기록을 찾기 위해 '제1회 시민기록물 수집 공모전'을 개최한다.

 

'당신의 장롱 속, 김제의 기록을 찾습니다'라는 주제로 진행되는 이번 공모전은 오는 4월 30일까지 누구나 참여 가능하다.

 

공모분야는 1900년부터 1990년대까지 김제시 관련 민간기록물로 ▲ 역사 ▲ 행정 ▲ 문화 ▲ 행사 ▲ 축제 등 지역의 변천과 시민들의 생활상을 파악할 수 있는 자료 등이다.

 

유형은 사진ㆍ영상 등의 시청각류와 일기ㆍ가계부ㆍ수첩 등 문서류 및 농기구ㆍ생활용품 등의 박물류다.

 

응모방법은 김제시 홈페이지 '고시공고'에서 신청서를 내려 받아 작성한 뒤 기록물을 지참해 김제시청 정보통신과로 방문하거나 우편 또는 전자우편으로 제출하면 된다.

 

접수된 기록물은 감정평가단의 심사 절차를 거쳐 입상자를 선정해 5월 말에 홈페이지를 통해 공개할 예정이다.

 

입상자는 최소 50,000원에서 최대 100만원까지 김제사랑상품권을 지급할 계획이다.

 

또, 응모한 기증자 전원에게 기증 증서를 수여하고 기록물은 김제시 기록관에서 영구 보존되며 향후 전시회를 통해 시민에게 공개될 예정이다.

 

김제시 김진수 정보통신과장은 "시민의 기록은 공공에서 찾아볼 수 없는 지역의 정신을 담고 있어 역사적인 자료로 남을 수 있는 만큼, 기증받은 기록물을 체계적으로 보존ㆍ관리해 후대에 전승될 수 있도록 하겠다"며 "많은 관심과 참여를 당부한다"고 말했다.
