전북 전주음식 명인ㆍ명소ㆍ명가와 유네스코 음식창의업소로 지정된 대표자에게 인증서 및 현판이 전달됐다.

 

전주시는 16일 ▲ 명인 = 김정옥((유)갑기원ㆍ전주비빔밥) ▲ 명소 = 성미당(대표자 고희선ㆍ전주비빔밥) ▲ 명가 = 양윤철(청식품ㆍ황포묵) ▲ 유네스코 음식창의업소 = 외할머니솜씨(대표자 박민자 = 쌍화탕ㆍ팥빙수) 등의 업소에 각각 인증서를 수여했다.

 

이날 인증서 수여식은 지난해 12월 '2020 전주음식 명인ㆍ명소ㆍ명가ㆍ유네스코 음식창의업소'를 지정했으나 코로나19 확산 여파로 수여식을 미뤄왔으며 정부의 사회적 거리두기 단계 완화에 따라, 이뤄졌다.

 

김승수 시장은 수여식에 앞서 "전주의 소중한 문화자산인 전주음식 명인ㆍ명소ㆍ명가ㆍ음식창의업소를 지속적으로 발굴하고 물심양면으로 지원해 지역 음식의 우수성과 역사성 및 전통성을 보존하고 계승하겠다"며 "앞으로 세계적인 음식의 고장으로 발돋움할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
