전북경찰청 사이버범죄수사대는 A씨(20대)를 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 및 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 구속했다고 25일 밝혔다.

경찰에 따르면 A씨는 지난해 8월부터 올 2월까지 '딥페이크' 기술을 이용, 온라인상으로 알게 된 지인의 얼굴이나 신체 일부를 성 영상물과 정교하게 합성한 57편의 영상물을 제작하는 수법으로 해외 성인사이트에 게시한 혐의다.

A씨는 또 공연음란 행위를 하는 성영상물을 촬영 한 뒤 해외 SNS(사회관계망서비스)에 게시 및 판매한 혐의도 함께 받고 있다.
