Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung visited Jeollabuk-do on the 3rd, 2 nights, 3 day schedule to visit Jeonbuk on the 'Mata Bus' (minsaeng bus rides every week).

On this day, merchants, supporters, and ordinary citizens cheered with slogans and shouts chanting 'President Lee Jae-myung, President Lee Jae-myung'. They gathered votes for the vegetable garden as a communication action to respond to requests for photo shoots and autographs.

Candidate Lee bought dried fish, sweet potatoes, salted fish, side dishes, and fish with local gift certificates in the process of looking around the inside of the public market for about 40 minutes. A lot of people tell me to become president. Don’t just tell me to become president, I want you to make me president.”

“It is true that Jeollabuk-do is more difficult than other regions when traveling around the country," he said.

In particular, he emphasized, "If I become president, I will alleviate the feeling of alienation in Jeollabuk-do and make Jeollabuk-do a prosperous area like the metropolitan area so that young people do not leave for the metropolitan area, such as Seoul."

He said, "If he becomes president, wouldn't it be the role of politics to create a Daedong world so that Jeonbuk would alleviate the feeling of alienation, have the opportunity to live as well as in the Jeollabuk-do metropolitan area, and prevent the youth of Jeollabuk-do from moving to the metropolitan area to get a job?" He mentioned balanced development and a 'fair economy', his core pledge.

Then, after revealing in detail the difficult family environment and family history of his childhood, he said, "I come from a lowly family. I have a low family, so if I look around, I find a lot of dirty things." Please don't. I did my best in the midst of that, and I will continue to do so, don't flowers bloom even in the mud?"

He continued, "Everyone, please help me. For your future and for your children, I will work hard for a better world for your grandchildren and the next generation. Only those who have courage, overcome the walls of reality, and have proven their skills through performance can overcome difficulties and become economic presidents,” he said.

Finally, he urged, "Next March 9th is the day that will determine the fate of the Republic of Korea. Will we look back on the past and exercise our authority for someone's revenge? We must choose the person who will make the future better."
