'도정 혁신을 위한 벤치마킹 시즌2' 우수 아이디어가 최종 선정됐다.

전북도는 "보고된 323개 아이디어 가운데 역동적이면서 창의적인 혁신을 위한 팀별 벤치마킹 시즌2 아이디어 16개를 최종 선정했다"고 13일 밝혔다.

'벤치마킹'은 도정의 과감한 혁신을 위해 기존 업무보고 방식에서 벗어나 민선 8기 도정의 핵심 사업으로 야심차게 준비하는 것이 골자로 지난해 첫 팀별 벤치마킹에서 총 268건의 우수 아이디어가 제출된 가운데 평가 절차를 거쳐 최종 15개를 도정에 접목시켜 추진 하고 있다.

'시즌2'로 선정된 우수 아이디어는 ▲ 회계과 청사관리팀 = 모듈형 스마트 업무공간 혁신 ▲ 정보화정책과 스마트행정팀 = 업무 자동화를 통한 일하는 방식 혁신 등으로 최종 선정된 16명의 팀장에게 근무 평가 및 직무성과 가점 부여 등의 인센티브와 우수 아이디어는 예산 심사 과정에 우대된다.

최종 선정 보고회는 지난 9월부터 32일 동안 개최된 실ㆍ국별 벤치마킹 보고에서 타 시ㆍ도 등 우수사례 벤치마킹을 통해 제출된 323개 아이디어 가운데 우수 아이디어가 최종 선정됐다.
