서거석 전북교육감 당선인이 부안군 새만금 매립지에서 2023년 8월 1부터 12일까지 개최될 '제25회 세계스카우트 잼버리대회'에 각별한 애정을 드러냈다.

서 당선인은 지난 29일 오후 교육감직인수위원회 사무실에서 한국스카우트 전북연맹 유혜숙 부연맹장을 비롯 관계자들과 2023 새만금 세계스카우트 잼버리대회의 성공적인 개최를 위한 간담회를 가졌다.

한국스카우트 전북연맹은 이 자리에서 향후 교육청 잼버리 예산의 효율적인 집행과 스카우트 지도교사의 참여 등을 건의했다.
