전주세계소리축제 조직위는 지난 9일 한국소리문화의전당 국제회의장에서 소리축제 마스코트인 자원활동가 '2023 전주세계소리축제 소리천사 발대식'을 갖고 성공개최를 다짐했다.

100여 명의 소리천사와 스태프들이 참석한 가운데 진행된 발대식은 김희선 집행위원장의 환영사와 함께 축제 기간 자발적이고 헌신적인 마음가짐으로 봉사활동을 하겠다는 선서로 이어졌다.
