전북교육청이 교직 사회의 트라우마 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록 심리검사 지원을 전면 확대한다.

12일 전북교육청에 따르면 지난 1일부터 5년 미만 저경력 교원 2,000명을 대상으로 시작한 심리검사 지원 사업을 전 교원(2만명)으로 확대 시행한다.

심리검사를 희망하는 교원은 누구나 통합 스트레스 검사와 교사 심리적 소진검사 등을 온라인을 통해 무료로 받을 수 있다.

검사 결과에 따라 교육청에서 지원하는 맞춤형 심리 상담 및 진료와 연계해 교사들의 상처 치유와 회복에 도움을 주는 등 전북교육치유센터를 통한 개인 상담 및 교원 맞춤형 치유 프로그램도 지속적으로 운영한다.

올 8월까지 도내 296명의 교원이 개인 상담을 받았고 이 가운데 85명이 심리치료 지원을 받은 것으로 집계됐다.

또, 현재 48개교에서 운영하고 있는 예술ㆍ원예 치유 등 교원 맞춤형 집단 치유 프로그램에 8월까지 430여 명의 교원이 참여했다.
