김관영 전북지사와 한동훈 법무부 장관은 30일 전북도청 접견실에서 '외국인ㆍ이민정책 테스트베드 업무협약'을 체결하고 중앙정부와 지방자치단체의 협력 구축에 신호탄을 쏘아 올렸다.
