서거석 전북교육감이 글로벌 교육 네트워크 강화를 위해 지난 3일부터 5박 7일 일정으로 미국 워싱턴주를 방문해 글로벌 교육 네트워크를 강화하는 광폭 행보를 펼쳤다.
