국내 최초 민간 의료 선교병원이자 호남 최초 근대 의료기관인 '예수병원'이 개원 126년 만에 사랑의 씨앗을 캄보디아에 옮겨 심었다.

 

전북 전주 예수병원은 대한민국의 우수한 의료기술을 현지에 알리는 등 선진화된 의료혜택을 제공하기 위해 캄보디아 수도 프놈펜에 글로벌 허브병원을 지난 6일 개소했다.

 

의료선교병원 역할을 수행할 '캄보디아 예수병원'은 2021년 한국보건산업진흥원 해외 의료진출 프로젝트에 선정된 이후 3년 만에 일궈낸 쾌거다.

 

'캄보디아 예수병원'은 126년 만에 사랑의 씨앗을 전주에서 옮겨 심은 것으로 ▲ 내과 ▲ 안과 ▲ 통증의학과 ▲ 재활의학과 ▲ 성형외과 ▲ 피부과 진료를 담당한다.
