호남 최초 근대 의료기관인 '예수병원' 간호국이 의료현장에서 중추적 역할 의지를 다짐했다.

전주 예수병원 간호국은 최근 한국전통문화전당에서 '간호관리자를 위한 문제해결 전략'을 주제로 '2024년 수간호사 워크숍'을 개최했다.

이번 워크숍은 간호국 수간호사를 비롯 감염관리실ㆍQPS(환자안전 관리요원)실 등 간호 리더 32명이 참석한 가운데 이성희 교육과장 사회로 성황리에 열렸다.

특히 지역 내 의료기관 간호관리자로 문제해결 능력 향상 및 자격을 갖춘 중간관리자 역량 강화와 소통의 장을 통해 위기관리 능력을 높이기 위한 차원으로 마련됐다.

한순희 간호국장은 이 자리에서 "타지역에서 전주를 찾게 하는 전북 최고의 병원이 될 수 있도록 최고의 간호를 제공해 환자와 지역사회 주민의 건강지킴이가 되자"고 당부했다.
