베트남 외교부 레티투항(Le Thi Thu Hang) 차관이 1일 전북특별자치도를 방문해 김관영 도지사를 만나, 관광ㆍ유학생ㆍ근로자 등 분야별 전략적 교류 협력을 제안했다.
