전북특별자치도는 25일 본예산 대비 5,138억원 증가한 제1회 추가경정예산안을 편성해 도의회에 제출했다.

 

이번 추경은 지역기업ㆍ민생 살리기ㆍ신성장동력산업 육성ㆍ취약계층 보호 등을 골자로 ▲ 일반회계 3,419억원(기정 예산 대비 4.2% 증가) ▲ 특별회계 408억원(3.9% 증가) ▲ 기금 1,311억원(14.8% 증가)이 각각 증액 편성됐다.

 

특히 경제회복 둔화와 정부 감세정책으로 세수가 감소하는 등 어려운 재정 여건에도 불구하고 다양한 계층의 현장 목소리를 최대한 반영하기 위해 지방채를 발행하는 등 과감하게 재정을 운영했다.
