전북 남원경찰서는 "이환주 전 남원시장 측근 A씨(50대)를 공직선거법 위반 혐의로 구속하고 B씨(40대) 등 2명에 대해서도 같은 혐의로 불구속 입건해 조사하고 있다"고 30일 밝혔다.
