학생들이 스스로 적성과 소질에 맞게 진로를 개척할 수 있는 '고고학점제'가 2025년 전면 시행을 앞둔 가운데 전북특별자치도교육청이 8개 대학과 네트워크를 구축했다.

전북교육청은 24일 전주 관광호텔 꽃심 세미나실에서 대학-교육청 간 고교학점제 운영 협력체계 마련 및 연계 강화를 골자로 협의회를 개최했다.

특히 ▲ 군산대 ▲ 우석대 ▲ 원광대 ▲ 전주대 ▲ 전남대 ▲ 조선대 ▲ 호남대 ▲ 충남대 등 8개 대학과 학생들의 교육과정 선택권을 보장하기 위한 '고교-대학 여름방학 공동교육 과정 실무 협약'도 체결됐다.

이날 8개 대학 입학처장을 비롯 입학사정관 및 고교 교육과정 담담자가 참석해 다양한 강좌 개설을 약속했다.

전북교육청 유효선 중등교육과장은 "고교 교육과정 및 고교학점제에 대한 대학의 이해도를 높이는 등 학생들에게 보다 폭넓은 과목 선택권을 보장하고자 대학과 네트워크를 구축하게 됐다"고 밝혔다.
