전북자치도는 불필요한 업무를 과감히 정리하고 본연의 업무와 새로운 혁신 시책에 집중하기 위해 '업무 혁신 프로젝트'를 추진한다.

김관영 전북지사는 26일 '일은 빼고(-) 혁신은 곱빼기(×)로 만드는 프로젝트'보고회를 주재했다.

'업무혁신 프로젝트'는 관행적이고 효과가 미미한 사업들을 과감하게 축소하고 혁신적인 시책 추진에 필요한 동력 확보를 위해 야심 차게 준비한 것으로 총 291건의 과제가 발굴됐다.

이날 문화체육관광국과 건설교통국 12개 팀은 ▲ 전북자치도청 전시실 운영 개선 ▲ 전주권 광역도시계획 수립 개선 ▲ 지방건설 기술심의 대상 사업 축소 등 창의적이고 실효성 높은 과제를 제안했다.

오는 10월까지 19개 실ㆍ국이 순차적으로 보고회를 이어갈 예정이다.
