최경용 팀장은 1987년 10월 1일 전주 적십자병원에서 안전한 내일을 향한 첫 발걸음을 시작한 이후 35년 동안 투철한 사명감으로 지역사회복지 증진과 생명보호 운동에 남다른 업적을 남겼다.
