전북 군산해경은 오는 9월 29일까지 실전 대응능력 강화 및 경찰관 직무수행 능력 향상을 골자로 하반기 해상종합훈련을 실시한다.

해상종합훈련은 해경 경비함정이 얼마만큼 전문성을 갖고 현장 상황에 대처할 수 있는가를 점검하기 위해 서해지방해양경찰청 주관으로 매년 상반기와 하반기 총 2회(1회 2일) 실시하는 가장 큰 규모다.

이번 하반기 해상종합훈련은 경비공백을 방지하기 위해 2회로 나눠 실시될 예정이며 3,000톤급 경비함정을 비롯 총 10척 11팀(254명)이 참여한다.

특히 ▲ 인명구조와 해상수색 ▲ 선내 진입 및 탈출유도 ▲ 타선 소화 ▲ 예선 및 피예선 ▲ 종합상황문제 해결 등 현장 중심의 7개 분야 13개 항목으로 실시된다.
