전북 순창군이 에너지이용에 어려움을 겪는 취약계층의 부담을 덜어주기 위해 난방비 지원을 결정했다.

순창군은 "보다 두텁고 폭넓은 사회안전망 구축을 위해 노인돌봄 세대와 한부모가정 1,039가구에 세대당 20만원씩 긴급난방비를 지원한다"고 14일 밝혔다.

제1회 추가경정 예산으로 2억8,000만원을 확보해 이달 안으로 지급을 완료한다는 방침이다.

지원 대상은 올 1월말 기준 만 65세 이상 저소득 취약계층 가운데 노인 맞춤 돌봄 서비스를 제공받고 있는 어르신 1,000가구와 18세 미만(취학 시 22세 미만) 자녀를 돌보고 있는 한 부모가정 93가구다.

노인 맞춤 돌봄 서비스 대상자는 담당 생활지원사를 통해 신청서를 접수하고 한부모 가정은 주소지가 등록된 각 읍ㆍ면 행정복지센터 맞춤형복지팀에 방문 신청하면 된다.
