이번 모바일 서비스 시행으로 직접 지사를 방문하거나 우편과 홈페이지를 통해서만 할 수 있었던 심사청구를 '내 곁에 국민연금' 모바일 앱에서 쉽고 간편하게 청구할 수 있게 됐다.

본인 확인절차를 거쳐야 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며 ▲심사청구 ▲ 재심사청구 ▲ 진행상태 조회 ▲ 취하(취소) 신청 등 총 4개 메뉴로 구성됐다.

모바일 앱 우측 상단에 위치한 전체메뉴 버튼을 누른 후 신고ㆍ신청 메뉴에서 심사청구 항목을 선택하면 신청 및 취소ㆍ진행 상황ㆍ결과 조회 등이 가능하다.
