전북 부안군 (재)근농인재육성재단이 전국 최초로 개미군단 힘으로 대학생 반값등록금 지급을 실현한데 이어 올해부터 장학금 지급 기준을 확대 적용한다.

부안군은 "지난 28일 (재)근농인재육성재단 이사장인 권익현 군수 주재로 제1차 이사회를 개최해 4학년 2학기 장학금 및 5~6년제에 재학하고 있는 학생까지 지급을 확대하기로 결정했다"고 2일 밝혔다.
