전북 부안군 대표축제인 '제10회 마실축제'가 4일 오후 7시 매창공원 특설무대에서 개막 식전공연을 시작으로 3일간의 여정에 돌입한다.

올해 축제는 기존 낮에 진행했던 퍼레이드의 시간을 저녁으로 옮기는 등 개양할미 설화를 축제에 적용한 콘텐츠가 특징이다.
