코로나19 확산 차단 및 감염 예방을 위해 오프라인 행사로 풍성하게 열리지 못했던 '마실축제'가 2023년 5월 4일부터 6일까지 3일간의 일정으로 전북 부안 매창공원에서 개최된다.

부안군은 "'2023 마실축제'의 성공적 개최를 이끌 참신하고 역량 있는 총감독 공모 절차를 거쳐 이영민씨를 위촉했다"고 29일 밝혔다.
