전북 부안군이 도내에서 유일하게 '2022년 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가'에서 2등급을 받았다.

 

공공기관 종합청렴도 평가는 국민권익위원회가 매년 중앙부처ㆍ지방자치단체 등 전국 공공기관을 대상으로 청렴수준과 부패유발 요인 등을 진단하고 자율적 개선 노력을 유도하기 위한 청렴 평가제도다.

 

이번 평가는 지난 2021년 7월부터 2022년 6월까지 1년간 ▲ 업무경험이 있는 국민(외부체감도) ▲ 소속 직원(내부체감도)이 응답한 설문조사 결과 ▲ 반부패 자체 시책 추진에 대한 청렴 노력도 평가 ▲ 부패사건 발생에 따른 감점을 합산해 이뤄졌다.

 

기존 종합청렴도 평가방식은 공공기관과 업무경험이 있는 국민이 평가한 외부청렴도와 공공기관 공직자가 자체 응답한 내부청렴도와 부패사건 발생현황 등을 반영해 종합청렴도를 평가했다.
