오는 8월 1일부터 12일까지 전북 부안군 새만금 일원에서 펼쳐질 '제25회 세계스카우트잼버리'에 도내에서는 학생 708명과 교직원 35명 등 총 920여명이 참여한다.

잼버리 개최 기간에는 '전북교육청 잼버리 안전관리팀'을 운영해 참가 학생 및 교직원의 안전한 활동을 지원한다.
