전북 부안군과 한양대 건축학부가 지역경관을 활용한 인구유입 전략 수립을 골자로 16일 업무협약을 체결하고 두 손을 맞잡았다.

이날 줄포만 갯벌생태공원에서 체결된 협약식에는 권익현 부안군수와 고선우 미래전략담당관과 한양대 건축학부 맹민정 교수 등 학생 80여명이 참석했다.

양 기관은 이번 협약에 따라 ▲ 지역경관 활용 인구유입 전략 수립 ▲ 경관ㆍ문화ㆍ관광 등 분야별 인구활력 연계 방안 모색 ▲ 지역자원에 대한 공동 조사 및 개선방안 모색 ▲ 지방소멸 대응을 위한 정책 및 정보 교류 등 상호간의 공동 발전과 지역 인구활력을 가져오기 위한 방안을 공동으로 모색한다.

특히 한양대 건축학부는 이번 프로젝트를 12학점 필수과목으로 편성하고 각 팀별로 대상지 한 곳을 설정, 중간ㆍ기말 보고회 및 전시회 등을 통해 평가할 계획이다.

부안군은 한양대 건축학부가 실시하는 중간ㆍ기말 발표회에 관계 공무원들을 참석시켜 지역 실정에 맞는 개발계획이 도출될 수 있도록 지원하고 결과물을 군정에 반영한다.
