전북 부안군이 지방행정의 최일선에서 군정발전 및 지역주민의 봉사자로 열정을 담고 있는 이장들의 역량강화를 위해 이장단협의회 워크숍을 개최했다.

27일 소노벨 변산에서 개최된 이번 워크숍은 100여명이 참석한 가운데 전문 강사를 초청해 '이장의 지방분권시대의 이해와 역할'이라는 주제로 직무를 이해하고 역할 변화에 따른 동네 문제 발굴 및 해결방안을 고민해 보는 시간으로 진행됐다.
