대한적십자봉사회 부안지구협의회 '2023 정기총회' 및 '봉사원 대회'가 5일 전북 부안군 K컨벤션 4층에서 박영숙 회장을 비롯 임원진 등 200여명이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 열렸다.
