전북경찰청은 어린이보호구역 내 음주 사고를 예방하기 위해 오는 9월 1일 '음주운전 일제 단속'을 실시한다.

이번 단속은 주간 시간(오후 2시~오후 4시)대 음주운전으로 인한 교통사고가 끊이지 않는 것에 대한 경각심을 제고하기 위해 교통ㆍ지역경찰ㆍ기동대 등의 경력이 동원된다.
